Service Summary:
Pixel Pro Lab LLC offers C-41 film processing for 35mm, 120, and 220 color negative films. We print from B&W, Color Negative, and Color Slides & Transparencies. Our output of standard color print sizes range from wallet size to 12x18 inches. We use Kodak Papers and Kodak Chemicals to obtain the best possible quality. We offer package printing and have the ability to create custom packages to meet any of your needs. Our facilities will grow as our customer base does and we intend to provide as many services as possible to meet your needs.

Service Times:
Service times listed with each product type reflect the estimated in-house service times needed under normal working conditions. They DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or shipping times to and from the lab. Orders received after 3pm will be considered the following day’s work.

Rush Services:
We will try to accommodate RUSH orders whenever possible. RUSH orders are subject to our current production capacity! Seasonal surges in workflow may limit the amount of RUSH orders we are able to handle.
RUSH Charges - Add the following charges to your total for all RUSH orders:
- Rush orders received after 12pm considered next days work -
Same Business Bay- +100%
End of Next Business Day- + 50%
End of 3rd Business Day- + 25%

Return and Remake Policy:
Our goal is to produce the best quality the first time. Sometimes your expectations may not be satisfied.
Printing quality is dependent on several factors, such as film, exposure, lighting, and processing, to name a few. If you have a concern about a service we have performed, return the order to Customer Service. We will give the order our prompt attention. If we have made a mistake or misinterpreted the instructions we will remake the order at no charge and return it as soon as possible.
Orders returned for remakes must be returned within 14 days. We will make every effort to correct our mistake. Remakes will be completed exactly as originally ordered. Any changes will cause the order to be billed at regular pricing instead of a remake.
When returning an order to us for remake, the order must include the following:
- The original order bag
- 2 All of the materials from the original order including receipt.
- 3 A brief description of the problem.
Our remake and return policy does not guarantee refunds and/or credits.

Copyright Policy:
Pixel Pro Lab LLC respects- and complies with -current copyright laws in order to protect the ownership rights of copyright holders. If we have reason to believe that work sent to us for copying may be copyrighted, we may request a Copyright Release Authorization Form to be filled out before we proceed with the order. |

Limit of Liability:
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, or digital media to us for processing, printing, service or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, agents, or subsidiary, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, agents, or subsidiaries will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and processing or replacement of like media. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, agents, or subsidiaries of the film, slide, negative or digital media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. |
